I choose to teach as a profession because I love the impact one can have on an individual child. I can not imagine devoting my life to something else especially since I love being around.
How do you handle a student who you find difficult to teach?
My observations play an important role if I see a problem, my next step is to explore what could be the possible step to solve it. I will try to help the child express his/her problem by spending some time with the child privately.
How do you motivate students?
I enjoy teaching students, talking with them, listening to them, trying to understand their emotional world, trying to solve their problems and showing them the positive path that they can follow, and being a good role model for them.
Do you like communicating with parents? How is your relationship with the children’s parents?
I have a good relationship with parents so that they feel free to speak about their own problems and their child’s changing behavior.
How do you use technology in the classroom?
Conducting online classes, by assigning online homework, sometimes clearing the concept by PowerPoint presentation and by using tablets.
What is your greatest achievement in the field of education?
I believe my greatest achievement as a teacher is being a wholesome person. A person who teaches and is able to be appreciated, listen to, and valuable to the students who gain so much by learning what I have taught.
An experience that is unforgettable in your journey as a teacher so far.
I have had a lot of “memorable” moments during my teaching I always believe that The only person who can help you is “Yourself” & the same thought I keep sharing with my students and have seen amazing results of it in the first year of teaching I had a child who is unable to study and got 35% in grade 10th, scored 55% in grade 12th.
