When and why did you want to become a teacher?
When I was in high school my principal sir Mr.Munaf Bhatkar was a real inspiration to me, and he is one of the primary reasons I pursued a teaching career. His ability to guide students and his sense of justice made me aspire to bring these things to my own classroom.

How do you handle a student who you find difficult to teach?
Some ways to deal with challenging students…
1)Praise their efforts and their achievements
2)Ask them for help
3)Give them responsibilities
4)Mirror their body language

How do you motivate students?
The teacher should encourage open communication and free thinking with students to make them feel important. Be enthusiastic and praise your students.

Do you like communicating with parents? How is your relationship with the children’s parents?
Yes, little friendliness..because little friendliness goes longer…

The satisfaction I have received through satisfying students’ and parents’ needs through my day-to-day activities at school. There are many memorable experiences that bear testimony to the unconditional love of children.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section]
