When and why did you want to become a teacher?
“I became a teacher because I have a Passion for Education, I have a deep passion for learning, and a genuine desire to impart knowledge and inspire others. I find joy in helping students grow intellectually, emotionally, and socially.
Teachers play a vital role in shaping the future of society. They have the power to mold future leaders, professionals, and citizens, contributing to the development of a knowledgeable and responsible generation. and that’s why I have decided to become a teacher.
How do you handle a student who you find difficult to teach?
There are several strategies that I used to address the difficult situation effectively:
Establishing a positive and supportive relationship with the student is crucial. Teachers can try to understand the student’s interests, strengths, and challenges, and show empathy towards their individual circumstances. Building rapport can create a foundation of trust and open communication and it will be easy to understand the student’s needs.
How do you motivate students?
we have to Give personal attention to students. Provide specific praise to students for little things and big things. Display their work around the classroom and mention it to classroom visitors.
Do you like communicating with parents? How is your relationship with the children’s parents?
Yes, Effective communication builds understanding and trust. When you and your parents understand and trust each other, you’ll all be better able to work together to support children’s well-being and development.
How do you use technology in the classroom?
We are using projectors in the classroom / E-Learning lab because Visual learning also helps students to develop visual thinking, which is a learning style whereby the learner comes better to understand and retain information better by associating ideas, words, and concepts with images.
What is your greatest achievement in the field of education?
A teacher’s success begins with the success of their students.
