The concept of Nursery Play Group in Murud at that time was not known to anyone, it was the only English medium school in the Muslim community where children were admitted to Direct Junior KG, so most of the people were inclined to enroll children only in Marathi Medium. When the question of admission to her play group nursery arose after her birth in 2004, the idea of starting a play group nursery came to her mind. She started playing group nursery in Murud for the first time in 2004 with only five students and then got 15 students in a year. I was working hard on it myself, trying to come up with something new, visiting nurseries in cities like Mumbai and studying the workings there. At the urging of the parents The department has got government approval for class I to V and started classes I to V in 2014. The staff has increased, now in natural growth classes are now up to class X and two branches of pre-primary have been started at Nandgaon and Revdanda. Taking advantage of the education, the school has provided employment to 32 people, the school has been recognized as a junior college by the Commerce and Science Department and plans to start a junior college soon. We first started Cursive handwriting from Junior KG in Murud, we always have a tendency to implement various activities in the school to find out the latent qualities in the children along with studies. , Skating was first introduced to the children of Murud taluka from our school. Students win prizes at district as well as state level in chess, carom and all other sports, singing is taught in school, children’s educational development and their intelligence criteria are tested through many competitive examinations In Murud village, which is far from Pune city, we brought English education, different games, different cultural programs, projector education and many more. Along with education and sports, rituals are given importance. For this, programs like Grand Parents’ Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day are organized. To awaken patriotism in the minds of children, programs like ‘Salute India’ are organized to pay homage to the soldiers and felicitate the relatives of the soldiers. The entire annual Snehasammelan 2019-20 was celebrated under the theme ‘Relationships’ for the children to know and be aware of the relationship. Every year on Children’s Day, the school distributes toys, food and clothes to the students at the tribal farms, and also demonstrates to the children by taking them to the time of planting paddy in the fields so that they can get acquainted with agriculture. For the first time, he ordered his mobile van from Nehru Science Center, Mumbai, introduced various scientific experiments and models to the children and also benefited the students of other schools. A large number of children participate in science exhibitions. The school has received ‘A’ grade status from the Department of Education, Government of Maharashtra for four consecutive years, as well as the Golden School Award and many such awards. The school organizes programs like street plays, flash mobs to create awareness on plastic ban, hygiene and other social issues. Our aim is to train students by organizing similar quality education and programs in Nandgaon and Revdanda. The reception was also held.
